Each Glowcase product is made to order, just for you ?
This allows us to reduce overproduction and provide a more conscious, intentional service ?

Your item is carefully printed and prepared after you place your order:

  • iPhone & Samsung cases: 2–5 business days 

  • MacBook cases: 3–7 business days 

⌚ Estimated delivery (after production)

Delivery time depends on your location and the product type:

For iPhone & Samsung cases:

  • Australia: 3–7 business days

  • New Zealand: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • United States: 5-7 business days

For MacBook cases:

  • Australia, NZ: 8–18 business days

  • Europe: 10–20 business days

  • United States: 13-18 business days

Why did I receive my order in separate packages?

Some items might arrive separately — and that’s totally normal!

At Glowcase, we work with trusted print partners around the world to offer the best selection and quality for each product type.
Depending on the items in your order (for example, a MacBook case and an iPhone case), they may be shipped from different locations and arrive on different days.

✨ Don’t worry — you’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment, and your full order will reach you safely.

❗Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

That depends on your delivery country:

  • European Union: No customs or import taxes apply for orders under 150 EUR

  • United Kingdom, Switzerland, French overseas territories and other international destinations: Import taxes or customs duties may apply upon delivery.

✨ These charges are the customer’s responsibility and depend on local laws.
Glowcase has no control over these fees or any potential customs delays.

Returns and exchanges policy

♻️ Do you accept returns?

Because our products are made especially for you, we follow a print-on-demand return policy in line with our production partners, Printful and JetPrint.

✅ Returns & Exchanges

Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless:

  • the product is damaged,

  • there is a manufacturing error,

  • or you received the wrong item.

If this is the case, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • a clear photo of the product and the issue,

  • your order number.

We will evaluate the situation and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

❌ Sale Items

Please note:

  • Sale items and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Our creations are made to order, especially for you 🎨✨.
Once your order has been confirmed, it is immediately sent to production and customised according to your chosen model.
For this reason, it is unfortunately not possible to modify or exchange an item after confirmation.

We therefore invite you to carefully check the details (model, colour, pattern) before finalising your purchase 💖

What should I do if my order is lost or arrives damaged?

❌ Order Issues

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged.
We will:

  • file a claim with the shipping provider

  • please provide us with a photo within 7 days of receiving the package (damaged product).

  • and, if eligible, replace your item at no additional cost.

Please read carefully before placing your order ?
Because our products are made to order, we encourage you to double-check your details (model, address, spelling, etc.) before confirming. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses or unclaimed packages.
This helps avoid delays or complications, and ensures the best experience possible ?✨

✨ Conditions for Refunds

✅ Refunds may be offered in the following cases:

  • the product is visibly defective,

  • the wrong item was sent,

  • the item never arrived and the tracking confirms it was lost in transit.

❌ We do not offer refunds for:

  • change of mind,

  • incorrect model ordered (please double-check device compatibility),

  • delays outside of our control (customs, weather, etc.).

 

⚠️ Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Glowcase is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Please double-check your address before confirming your order. If a package is returned due to an address error, any reshipping fees will be at the customer’s expense.

📱 Are the cases compatible with MagSafe?

Yes! Our shockproof cases have a built-in magnetic module that is compatible with MagSafe® accessories.

Check the details in each product description for confirmation.

💙 How do I care for my case?

A soft, slightly damp cloth (microfibre or cotton) is all you need.

Avoid products containing alcohol to preserve the designs.

Glowcase accepts payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as electronic wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

All transactions are processed via Shopify Payments, a secure payment platform used by millions of shops worldwide.

  • Your data is used solely to process your order and will never be sold.

What materials are your cases made of?

Our products are printed on demand by carefully selected partners, using high-quality materials such as polycarbonate, ABS plastic, or TPU — known for their durability and wide use in the tech industry.
While we strive to work with trusted manufacturers that follow high production standards, we cannot guarantee official certifications for skin sensitivity or chemical composition across all products.
